In terms of the usability and initial setup of this machine it is very simple and it doesn't take a long time. Quality of the coffee can consider good. All function and setup guide can be easy found in De Longhi Youtube channel. One point that i am disappointed is the stand alone frothed milk function (milk only without coffee) which appear in the youtube however after purchased this function is not available. After check with the customer service just found out that this function removed along with the price reduced. Why this information not stated in the product info? This function removal can be a minor changes to make the product more competitive in the market but this function is the main reason for me to select this brand and model.
