The product arrives in a nice packaging and the machine itself appears modern, tidy an minimal, ideal for modern style kitchens. Coffee made with this machine immediately brings you in an italian bar. Assuming you are using excellent coffee beans, the coffee will be creamy and hot enough (using the max settable temperature). Cleaning is quite simply and the machine appears always in order. Few defects can be found in the distance between the "rack" and the portafilter. espresso needs small mugs and that distance is too large. Second small negative is when you prepare two cups in a go. II have never had same quantity on both. This machine is great for beginners who want to explore the world of espresso, but advanced users may want more advanced features.
