I am extremely disappointed with the client service I received after purchasing two pans just four months ago. These pans were marketed as being of professional quality, but to my dismay, one of them developed a strange bubble on the cooking surface. When I contacted the company to address this issue, they simply blamed it on my cleaning methods, claiming that I had cleaned the back of the pan improperly.
